We are holding information sessions on the second Friday of the month to learn more about what a Mastermind Group is, how it works, expectations, and deliverables.  We also have a sample recording of an information session available.  

This is for companies with 2-20 employees (1099's) and poised for growth.  You are ready to scale just need some tools to move you forward.  

- The roundtables are small groups of 6-8 companies.
- Meet monthly to build relationships that grow and bind.
- What are the barriers to growth?
- What are the market dynamics preventing growth from occurring?
- What does a growth plan look like?
- What kind of leader do you need to be to grow your company?  

Our facilitators have over 30 years of working with CEO and small business owners in the middle market to grow and expand them into million-dollar organizations.  We have run over 3350 Peer-to-Peer Mastermind groups for future growth.
